Built for real rotating schedules
The generator handles day shifts, overnight night shifts, off-days, cycles that cross month boundaries, and schedules up to two years. Everything is calculated locally in your browser, and off-days are never added as calendar events.
Understanding the cycle start date
The start date is cycle position one—not necessarily your next working day. For example, the standard 2-2-3 preset begins DD, OO, DDD, OO, DD, OOO. Choose a date on which the first D applies, then verify the preview against your employer's rota before importing.

Yes. When an end time is earlier than or equal to its start time, the event ends on the following day.
Which calendar apps accept the download?
The generated RFC 5545 ICS file can be imported by current versions of Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and many other calendar applications.
Does the tool know my employer's exact rota?
No. Preset names can vary between workplaces. Always compare the preview with your official schedule before importing.
Is my schedule uploaded?
